Envelope Printing + Liners

Addressing wedding envelopes by hand is the job everybody underestimates. A hundred envelopes, written twice because the first one smudged, is an evening you do not get back — and it is the one part of the suite that arrives looking like homework. Printed envelope addressing takes it off the list entirely.

The time it saves

You download our spreadsheet, type or paste your guest list into it once, and upload it in the online editor we built for exactly this. That is the whole job. There is no writing out addresses, no re-doing the ones that went wrong, and no second trip to the post office for replacement envelopes.

The editor shows you how it will sit on the envelope as a guideline, and then one of our graphic designers aligns every address by hand before it prints. So the list is your five minutes of work, and the fiddly part is ours.

Printed to match your invitations

This is where it starts to look expensive. Your envelopes are printed in the same design and lettering as the invitation inside, so the florals or the type your guest sees first are the same ones waiting for them when they open it. Handwriting cannot do that, and a printed label certainly cannot.

Envelope liners add a stylish touch

A liner is the small luxury in the suite. The envelope opens, and instead of plain white there is your wedding pattern sitting inside it — the same design as the invitation, printed on premium 100gsm paper and die-cut to fit our A7 envelopes exactly.

Guests notice liners in a way they rarely notice anything else about an envelope, which makes them one of the cheapest upgrades on the whole order.

Addressing and liners are printing services, so add your envelopes to the order in the size and colour you want and we will do the rest. Everything is printed in-house here in Currumbin, Australia by our team of graphic designers, on thick, premium stock, and checked by hand before it goes out.
