Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return refund. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout) or simply if a customer changes their mind or is not happy with the colour. Due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations will occur between the design on a monitor and the finished product. The purchaser accepts the risk of such differences. Please refer to our section Terms & Conditions – Proofing and Photographs for recommendations on photos.

If the error is due to fault on our behalf, please accept our sincere apologies. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

If you require changes to be made to your order and printing has commenced, a reprint charge of the total order amount will apply minus shipping costs.

If you would like to cancel your order once a proof has already been supplied, we will refund your order total minus a $25.00 processing/design fee.

If you require changes to your order after you have approved a proof online, you will be charged a $20.00 design fee
