Your order will be packaged in a custom made box specifically designed to protect your cards. Once we have received your approved online order we guarantee to process and despatch all orders within 3 working days - or the same day if you select our Super Rush Service. There are then two methods of shipping which can be selected at the time of checkout:
STANDARD DELIVERY- $9.90
Once your order has been despatched, it will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel or similar (the quickest option will be chosen based on your location). This option is fully traceable. Please allow standard shipping times in Australia: Generally 2-5 business days to all states except Western Australia and Tasmania. Current Delivery Estimates with Australia Post can be viewed here: Delivery Times (from Queensland).
EXPRESS DELIVERY - $14.90 or $5.00 for orders over $65.00
Once your order has been despatched, it will be shipped via Express Courier: 1-2 working days to major metro locations and 2-4 working days for other areas. Your order will be posted via StarTrack Express Courier or Australia Post Express Courier (the quickest option will be chosen based on your location).

What comes with a Starry Tree Christmas VIP invitation?
Each pass is 85 x 130mm, printed front and back on thick premium cardstock, and supplied with a clear plastic sleeve and a black fabric lanyard. The card slides into the sleeve and the sleeve clips onto the lanyard, so a full box of passes is assembled in minutes at home. On the night it doubles as the name tag and the door pass.
How is the wording set up?
Both sides are edited in the same online editor. The front carries the big announcement and the back holds the details of the night. Our in-house designers check every layout before it prints. If you would like a change to the design itself, such as matching the background colour to your party theme, choose "My proof needs changes" at the proof stage and a designer will email a proof before anything is printed.
